Payments

Payment can be made by credit card (Stripe circuit) and PayPal .
The following cards are accepted:

• MasterCard
• Master
• Visa
• PostePay
• American Express
• Discover
• Diners
• JCB

All transactions are protected by advanced encryption systems.

Shipping costs and times

Shipments are entrusted to the UPS Express Courier .

Delivery times

• Italy: 48 hours + 24 hours for islands (Sardinia, Sicily and smaller islands)
• Europe: 3–4 working days
• Outside Europe: 7–10 working days

Note: During the summer holidays (August), orders will be processed as quickly as possible, consistent with the courier's schedule.

Shipping costs

• Italy: free
• Europe, UK and USA: free for orders over €100
• Other countries: €29

Check on delivery

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document
• that the packaging is intact and not tampered with

In case of visible damage (dents, scratches, signs of opening), the Customer must sign with “specific reservation” , indicating the reason in the courier's notes.
In the absence of a reserve, it will not be possible to start insurance procedures .

Also check that the labels correctly show the recipient's name and address .

Customs duties and taxes

• Shipments within the European Union are not subject to duties. Prices include VAT.
• Shipments to the Canary Islands are exempt from VAT but are subject to customs duties upon receipt, which are paid by the customer.
• Shipments outside the EU may be subject to local duties and taxes once they reach the destination country.

Goods shipped outside the EU are exempt from VAT .
Any customs costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not foreseeable or refundable by NRC Eyewear.

Returns and right of withdrawal

The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return conditions:

• unused product
• in conditions that can be resold
• in the original packaging
• with intact labels

Return costs

Returns of unwanted items require a fee of:

• €9 Italy
• €19 Europe
• €29 rest of the world

Refunds

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original order, within 14 days of receiving the return at the Italian warehouse.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for any damage or decrease in value of the product caused by improper use or use not necessary for the simple evaluation of the characteristics.

NRC Eyewear reserves the right to refuse returns :

• communicated or sent beyond the indicated terms
• relating to non-intact products

All items are carefully checked before shipping.

Return Policy

To initiate a return procedure, send an email to info@impregio.it indicating:

• order number
• item code
• date of receipt
• reason for return

After authorization, the return shipment must take place within 14 days .

Limitations

Only returns of items purchased on nrceyewear.com are accepted.
